COVID19 Precautions at Central Body Shop

For the safety and health of our customers and employees, we are minimizing personal contact and time spent in our facility.  We are taking proactive measures by implementing CDC guidelines.  We have increased the cleaning of our facility and your vehicle, we are practicing social distancing and changing our guidelines for interaction.

We appreciate each of our customers and hope these policies will keep everyone safe.

COVID19 Process for Getting an Estimate

Please call our office so we can set an appointment for you. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from your car and let us know that you are here. We will come out to your vehicle. Please wait in your car while we gather photos and notes on your vehicle. If we ask you to leave your car to show us anything or if we have questions, we need to maintain at least a 6-foot distance from each other. We will at that time let you know when you are free to go and then email the estimate to you.

Dropping Off and Picking Up Vehicles

You must sign a work authorization before we start your repair.  We will coordinate this when you make an appointment. Please call us from your car when you arrive at our facility. We will come out to your vehicle and collect your keys.  If we have arranged a rental for you we ask that you wait in your vehicle until the rental company arrives. We are asking that all payments be made prior to your appointment. This can be done over the phone or on our website.  We ask that you call us with the authorization code so we can verify that payment has been received. While we are repairing your vehicle we may need to use text messaging or online conferencing to deal with questions or issues that would normally require face-to-face interaction. Each car that we repair will be sanitized at all touchpoints including your keys both before and after repair. You can rest assured that your vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before you touch it after repairs are completed.

Thank you for your business and we hope we will return to business as normal very soon.
